		<description>Hi Kerry, I enjoyed reading your article and like you I have wanted to start meditating for a while. I downloaded a Deepak Chopra meditation CD  a while ago but just didn&#039;t get around to it. I saw Deepak Chopra in London at the weekend and he did a guided meditation. It was a very pleasant experience. I bought a CD from the event and started to meditate yesterday. I found it quite easy yesterday and very pleasurable however today it is proving difficult. You popped into my head earlier so I thought I would check out your website and see what you have been doing, we met at toastmasters if you remember, I work with the young offenders. I have not been to toastmasters for a while (I think the last one scared me!) I will return, it is an area I need to develop. I am about to start my biofeedback programme with a young person who has recently been charged with murder. I wondered if you are still interested in this area.

		<description>This is a great article.  Most people don’t realize they have a choice about what they think about.  However, I find it much easier to get back control of my thoughts or lack of in meditation without the charge of my emotions.  I use flower essences to help keep those in check.</description>
